Everything you need to know about The Notifier.
The Notifier is a private alert platform for individuals and groups. You can set personal and group alerts without sharing phone numbers, exposing member lists, or getting buried in reply-all noise. No feeds. No algorithms. Just the alerts that matter.
Yoga instructors, teachers, HOAs, businesses, coaches, and anyone who needs to reach a group without the hassle of group chat. If you need to share time-sensitive updates without collecting phone numbers, The Notifier is for you.
Personal alerts live entirely on your phone. They're stored locally and never leave your phone. You can create reminders, link to Zoom meetings or maps, and sync with your calendar. They're private by design - no servers, no tracking, no snooping.
Group alerts let leaders (coaches, teachers, organizers), businesses, and other organizations send one-way updates to a group instantly. Members join via a QR code or link - no accounts required. You send it. They receive it. No reply-all chaos, and members stay private - no phone numbers or identities exposed.
A one-way alert means you send it, they receive it and they can't reply to it. It's a one-way message. Group alerts are one-way alerts and are effective for things like letting people know a class is cancelled, an event is starting, or a venue has changed.

** PRO TIP: use an alarm for your important alerts If you didn't see the alert, it could be because your phone prevented it from playing because it was in "Do Not Disturb" mode or "Silent" mode. Other reasons could be that your phone's battery or notification management prevented you from seeing the alert - this is a common feature on phones. We recommend using an alarm for your important alerts since your phone treats them differently, making them more likely to be seen.
No. You can't backup your personal alerts. Keeping your data private is one of the main benefits of The Notifier and we are looking at ways to add backup feature that doesn't compromise your privacy. We will let you know when we have more information.
